Delivery and returns
Order information
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Please note that it may take up to an hour for this email to be sent. Once your order has been packaged and sent, you will also receive a delivery confirmation that will let you trace your parcel. Orders can be tracked by going to your account or checking the order status
All orders are shipped from England and can be sent worldwide. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Domestic (UK) orders: Free standard shipping
International orders: £30 flat rate
A signature is required for all deliveries, although contactless delivery can be accommodated if preferred. Please note that anyone at the designated address may sign for the parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing orders once signed for.
If no one is available to sign, the delivery will usually be attempted up to three times on consecutive business days. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be returned to the dispatch point.
International orders
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check local customs policies before placing an order. Cross-border shipments may be opened or inspected by customs authorities.
Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our scarves, there are natural variations in colour, pattern, and texture. These variations are a feature of the craft and are not considered faults.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email or using the contact form on our website. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
All reported issues should be submitted as soon as possible after receiving your order, so we can assess and resolve them efficiently.
